Your custom balloon stack will be completed and ready for pickup by June 17, 2025. Delivery is available upon request—please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

We use only high-quality, professional-grade balloons. However, to keep your display looking its best, we recommend:
* Keeping balloons away from sharp objects and rough handling
* Avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or placement outdoors on excessively hot days, as extreme heat can cause balloons to fade or pop
Product Availability & Design Adjustments
Occasionally, specific balloon designs or colors may become unavailable due to stock limitations. If any changes are necessary, the artist will contact you directly to discuss alternatives. Rest assured, we will always provide a high-quality, professional product that closely matches the original design and maintains the overall theme and color palette.
Terms & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a refund minus 20% of the total cost and any non-recoverable costs of products already purchased for your order. Cancellations prior to that timeframe may receive a full refund minus any transaction processing fees and non-recoverable costs of product.
